    Patreon Updates

The small item for this month is all finished! Show your Halloween spirit with a creepy cute set if buttons. I saw the most amazing jack-o-lantern vest while thrift shopping with a friend last week and it was a great inspiration. Carving pumpkins and roasting the seeds is one of my favorite Halloween activities and seeing spooky jack-o-lantern faces glowing in the darkness always puts me in the Halloween spirit. The same designs were used to create a set of five festive coloring pages. These are available for download to the $5 tier and up on my Patreon. If anyone colors them in I’d love to see the finished result…

    RedBubble Update – Notebooks!

I am one of those people who is constantly buying notebooks, journals, and sketchbooks and always has at least four in progress. A notebook for ideas and lists, a sketchbook in my purse for art, and a journal near the bed for late night inspiration. I am therefore unduly excited that RedBubble has added notebooks to their product selection! They sound really nice, with 120 pages of thick 90gsm paper stock available in ruled or graph pages. (Graph pages, hooray!) So grab your very own Handmade Stuffs notebook and let the cuteness inspire you! Just a reminder that I will be adding more designs throughout the year, so make sure to check back! Also,…

    New Stuff!

Who else immediately starts getting ideas as soon as you go to bed? I wasn’t able to sleep the other night for just that reason and then couldn’t help but start working on my ideas a bit yesterday. These are going to be the start of some new products I’ll be rolling out later this year and early next year. I’m excited to hear your opinions!

    Making of a Plush Video

For a while now I’ve been wanting to make a video showing the process of making one of my plush and this week I finally got it done! And here’s the finished product! He’s so cuddly and HUGE; over 3″ taller than my standard size plush! Although the video only takes about eleven minutes, in real time he took over three hours to complete. (That doesn’t include the time it took to draft new patterns for the beard and hair and enlarge the other pattern pieces for his body and clothes.) I hope you enjoyed the video! I’d love to hear your comments on what you thought of this video and…

    Cuddly Detectives!

This little detective is ready to solve the case of Who Needs Snuggles? His coat is made of a super soft and snuggly cotton flannel and I found this fun dark brown faux fur to use for his hair. Grab one from my Etsy shop!

    Space Princesses!

These little cuties are available in my Etsy shop! She’s one of my favorite dolls to make because she always comes out so cute! The little buns are scientifically proven to be adorable, even though sewing them all on kills my poor little fingers.
